We are open 7 days a week, so if there is ever a problem with ANY product you purchased from us please call us as soon as possible. The quicker we are aware of a problem the quicker it can be resolved. All warranties are from the manufacturer, not the Faction. They decide if the product is under warranty, not us. We will do our best to help you out in any situation where your product is being warrantied. From borrowing store boards, to calling reps and companies personally to make sure your needs are addressed. We do not offer cash for returns, all returns will be given in store credit.
